I am the lucky recipient of a idaho unit 52 rifle deer tag. Anyone got any advice for the unit? I have been doing lots of research about the unit and contacted a couple of resources I have access to. Mainly non-hunting family in Idaho. Thanks in advance for any info anyone is willing to share.
I am from South Dakota and would be very willing to likewise share info if that is of interest.
Thanks
Good luck hunting!

That's a good draw. Find some public land next to some alfalfa fields and get there REAL early or later towards evening and you should do well.

It's a draw tag, the only pressure will be from other tag holders. Good possibility of shooting a great buck there, best of luck, I think you will have fun!

Great advice in that unit. As long as there's some brushy rough stuff they can hide in, they don't go too far. Few of them stay in the fields during daylight and virtually no big ones will. You could shoot a toad out there. Let us know
