Idaho system down

ya I can't get my app to get into the cart on my account right now. Isn't it 2018? I mean, is there really that much bandwidth hitting their system that they're not ready for it?
 
My buddy called this morning and was told that sending in a paper application post marked today was the only guarantee to get into the drawing if they can't fix the website.

I'm holding out hope that I don't have to find a stamp & envelope.

mine came back up, but gave an error every time I tried to pay. Finally found out it went through, but gave an error anyway. Will be checking my card to make sure they only hit it once.

The only good news is the delay will let me figure out my Colorado results so I can change my tag strategy.

Try using Mozilla or Firefox. When I called, they said Microsoft Explorer and Edge had glitches that wouldn't let you finalize purchases...??

Switching to Mozilla worked for me.
