All idaho would have to do is make you login first to be placed in line. Until then you have infinite options to get in line.

This year I made 5 fake Gmail accounts. I already have 3 for various volunteer stuff. I also have 3 devices. I was able to get 11 spots in line. All are a waste as I did it for testing though.

I think the biggest thing that bothers me is letting people buy tags in person with other people's info.

The fact that you can make a phone call and pay a guy to take your info and buy a tag for you and 50 other people at an undisclosed outdoors vendor before they ever go online is a huge problem.
