Idaho house bill that moves NR tags to a draw

Looking for the bill number and information on where it’s at in the process. I saw someone mention 696 but can’t find info past March.

Anyone have knowledge on the bill ?

I’m not very knowledgeable on the process so please forgive me in advance.

It never made it out of that committee in March. Meaning it’s dead for this year.
