Idaho deer tag question

Hey folks. I have a question about Idaho deer tags. If I understand correctly, Idaho offers OTC deer tags. Hopefully I got that correct. Secondly, are those OTC limited to a set number or available to anyone who shows up? Hopefully I asked clearly enough. I didn’t think I was going to be able to go west this year so I didn’t apply anywhere, but things have changed and I may get to go if I can get an OTC tag. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

They are “OTC” but they are first come first served and “sell out” quickly. You can almost assuredly get a tag between now and season from tags that get returned but the choices will be limited. Depends on where, when and for what type of deer you want to hunt.
