They are icebreaker, they are decent in my experience. Folks report firstlite is a bit better on here from my reading.

I ordered a long sleeve and a T. Picked the up tonight. Came to find out that instead of sending me an XL in the long sleeve, it was a medium. Kind of bummed, I let the GF try it on and it fit. I then realized it was actually the Brushed Base 1/2 zip that is selling for $120. It looks like it was a return possibly but still, I'll take it for her for $23. Actually just placed another order for another T and hopefully a long sleeve in the correct size this time.

I think I have a couple other items from Icebreaker but I haven't worn them a lot. I believe I picked them up before on Sierra Trading Post. Icebreaker stuff usually gets good reviews and is usually pretty pricey. For $18 and $23, it's hard to not at least give them a try. Plus, since it's from Cabela's, they have a solid return policy if you don't like it or find they wear out too easily.

I'm hoping these fit better than the last Icebreaker I had. I felt like I was trying to squeeze into a small with an XL. But I also have a short sleeve Red Ram merino top, which is Icebreaker's budget brand that fits fine.

One thing I did notice on the Cabela's page is these shirts are 100% merino so they shouldn't be as tight fitting as shirts that have a small percentage of lycra or other stretchy fabric that makes shirts tight. I have on the XL T-shirt right now and it fits quite well without being too tight. Typically, with merino or other under-shirts, I might have to go with XXL to get something I can fit into comfortably.

I have both of these the long and short sleeves that I ordered a week or so ago.. The xl t-shirts fit loose and are very nice.. The long sleeve fits a little tighter and is a little heavier and I would say the sleeves are a little shorter than xl in first lite.. Over all both fit pretty much true to size and for the price they are excellent in my mind... Keep talking myself out of buying more..
