Yeah, Idk about that. Price is correlated to something. In some cases glass quality, others fit and finish, with some reliability, etc. There are reasons Nightforce and Redfield aren't priced the same, and glass quality isn't the only one.

Its directly correlated to profit. Maybe you should pick the vx6. Lightweight and a great warranty. I've heard the glass is great too.

I’ll add a thought about where you may be hunting. If you may find yourself in thick cover, you might be happier with something with low magnification.

Also handy in bear country.

Might not be a bad idea. We will see. My dad coincidentally won a Mark 5 300 wby mag the same night I won mine. I shared with him all the love for the Tenmile and how well it did in the field tests. He ended up grabbing one. I'll probably try to take a peek at his too.

Id buy this and see if I could get it for $800-850. I tend to think it is really close to perfect from what is available at any price point.

I don't want to put words in his mouth, but @ResearchinStuff may have posted that with tongue in cheek?

100%. I wouldn't touch a VX6, but people should spend their $ the way they want to, and reap the consequences of their own decisions. Hopefully no animals suffer needlessly in the process.
