I think I found “the” glove for me!

I’ve long been a huge fan of the First Lite Talus fingerless gloves. Over the full finger, over a merino or fleece base, or just by themselves they have been a staple in my system for years.

The big knock has always been durability though, and the newer version is a good bit thinner than the original, I still have both.

Then these popped up in an ad from Midway. They are essentially the older thicker Talus fingerless but they have a leather palm! Genius! Wore them duck hunting Saturday and whitetail hunting Sunday and they are fantastic! They also come in a 2XL which is great for my big monkey hands and have plenty of give for layering.

Nice find, I have wool to fingerless and with and they have the rubber dots for grip. It works but leather is better!

those hit the market a few years ago for people that ice fish branded under the name fish monkey
