Have a flat roof unit, 3 ton? It sits on wood at the corners(2x6x6ish) and has some extra TPU beneath cut out to protect the roof.

Wood is rotted so I am looking to replace with rubber blocks, most I find are 3 or 4 inch squares, is that enough for weight distribution on TPU roof? Maybe get more for extra support in the center of each side?

HOA wants rubber "isolators"

At worst, add blocks. If you have 4 now, add 2 or 4 to distribute the weight more.

Treated timbers with roofing membrane are pretty bog standard for unit support but they do rot after a while.

I am going to contact the inspector, funny how they didn't mention any of the things the HOA are responsible for, like the fact there is no paint left on the top of the Parapet dividing wall or water gathering in a few places on the roof!

I still can't believe I agreed to buy a place with an association, the steak my wife is cooking better be good!
