I ran you numbers in my arrow software and your spine is fine. The problem may be your not heavy enough. Your axis looks like its weighing in around 400 grains which puts your speed around 300-305. Form my experience, anytime you try to fly fixed blades above 290, things can get weird. I would either drop your draw weight down if you want to keep shooting that arrow or move to something heavier. Getting in the 430g ballpark would get you in the 280s and will probably help your broadhead flight. You could also try shooting 125 heads or adding 50g inserts to the front.

27" draw, 25.5" arrow, 74lbs, 100gr head, 340's..........you're not even close to weak.

But you're certainly not gaining anything by shooting a 25.5" arrow. I'd shoot them at 27" and use 125's, and you still won't be weak.

But if you're just looking to change things up, there are plenty of good arrows out there these days.

Using Rockets. The blades fold back until they hit the end of the arrow. They provided a metal washer, but it wasn't enough and you'd get three marks from contact. Depending on what the blades hit it could be pretty bad. This was the first time using the BAR after a friend suggested them to solve this issue as you'd just toss it and install another. Since the popularity of rear deploying ones a have long since stopped using them.

I also used those BH's with ACC's and some Carbon impacts where I could just replace the insert when damaged.
