Anyone know anything about this wilderness? Decent bucks to be found in the high country? Seems like an interesting area.

Spent a week there in September in the high country. Lots of goats and sheep. Can’t say I recall seeing a single deer.

Oh my, I'm so glad you asked! I've just been dying to tell everyone all about it!
There are giant bucks in every basin, and no hunting pressure at all! Completely undiscovered! Every new hunter that wants to kill a big buck without doing any work should hunt there!

I've tried trying it out. To many cougars in Aspen that get in the way of hunting.

The southeast section of that wilderness is pretty popular, expect a lot of recreational hikers / campers in September. Though I guess that’s most spots in CO now..
