Good guess! My M1 is a 30-06 and for that I'd probably choose HSMs 150 grain low recoil load.

Welcome Don and HSM! I like the classics 300WM, 7mm, 308, and 30-06, but also use the new gen stuff. Like 6.5CM, 6.5 PRC, 7PRC and 300 PRC. I have used some of your round for my 338 LM.
