Interesting read, but I am having a hard time wrapping my head around the reasoning for using the thinner draw stop peg versus the one supplied with the bow. Can you explain?
Simple answer, I get more of a desired cam synch with top cam more ahead and still have clean vertical nock travel.
Did it increase the length of the valley at all? I'm guessing it firmed up the back wall slightly also?
Shane you did a great job bare shafting that hoyt of mine.. But i can tell you right now i will never again mess with a bare shaft again.. I thought i was going to pull my hair out.. Mad props to guys like you that are open minded enough to do it..
How would I get my hands on a thinner draw stop peg of a Spiral or Z3? Any tips on where to look?
