Hey everyone. Iam a lefty and never get to shoot a new bow before I buy it. Iam looking at the new Hoyt Helix. Anybody shot one yet?

If I'm not mistaken, the Helix and RX3 are essentially the same bow with the exception of the riser material. Lots of videos and posts on the RX3.

Yes. I think the Helix is really an underrated bow. I think it’s quieter than the RX3 and a little less vibration as well. Tunes really well. Hold on target is excellent. You just aren’t going to see any hype for it really.

Yeah I agree I’ve shot most of them and I really liked the helix. A little heavier which may be why there’s less hand shock but all and all I was way happier with the helix over rx3.

I was deciding between Helix and CT5, like the feel and draw better with the Helix so bought it! Couldn't justify the cost of RX3 for a couple oz's and carbon. Love it so far; I'm no expert so take it with a grain of salt.

I shot a righted handed Helix left handed. Really a great bow in my opinion. I ordered a Helix Friday. ETA is 4 weeks.
