It wont slow anyone down until it slows everyone down. Everyone is always fine and dandy till the front wheels are off the cliff

I am starting to get an uneasy feeling that we are heading for some kind of recession. A combination of high inflation, ridiculous housing market, high fuel prices and the FED who will have to come to terms and jack up interest rates soon is a recipe for a pretty rude 'correction'.

I would say we're already in a recession with the way things have been going.

Just entered a bear market, with the new interest rates the housing market is going to come to a screeching halt and inflation is through the roof.

Things are bad...

You're just now starting to get that feeling?

We're in for the biggest recession in modern history, there is about to be suffering on a scale that we haven't seen on a global scale since the last World War or maybe even longer.

Buckle up.

Just drove across the country for our yearly trip (Phoenix to Detroit). Paid anywhere from 4.49 in Wichita, KS to 5.35 in Chesterton, IN. Prices seemed to be pretty consistent between those two numbers.

How is it not? This is the logical and predictable result of globalized capital running the show unopposed for the past forty-plus years.

This is the direct result of multiple made up crisis to win elections and gain power. It’s the result of stifled use of American resources and labor. It’s the years of unbalanced trade. I can go on....

In short this is the OPPOSED response to American capitalism by the folks attempting to move us closer to Socialism.
