Howa Mini Heavy Barrel weight?

I'm toying with the idea of building a factory 20" Howa heavy barrel in either .223 or 22 ARC. I'd like to put it in a Stocky's carbon stock with JO hinged bottom metal. Can someone tell me what I'm looking at weight wise for a setup like this?

20" heavy barrel 223 in Stockys vg with 2 piece scope bases and original bottom metal is 5lb 13oz.
