Howa Mini Heavy Barrel weight?

I'm toying with the idea of building a factory 20" Howa heavy barrel in either .223 or 22 ARC. I'd like to put it in a Stocky's carbon stock with JO hinged bottom metal. Can someone tell me what I'm looking at weight wise for a setup like this?

Another question. Are barrel threads 5/8-24 on 20” heavy barrel 22 ARC and .223?

This is the 22” barrel. Those are 1/2x28. The 20” heavy configurations are 5/8x24.
