22 ARC Howa Mini and Stockys Carbon Stock

So just purchased another Howa Mini in 22ARC and planned to use one of Stockys Carbon Stocks. Just curious on the barrel profile when ordering it asks for Sporter or Varmint profile. The mini I got is the 20" Steel Heavy Barrel but not the Carbon Barrel. I was thinking the Varmint profile but wanted to make sure prior to ordering.

That’s what I have on my heavy barrel 6 ARC. I did sand the varmint contour to give me even more clearance. Did you get a barreled action from Brownells?

My 6.5G I got as a barreled action from Brownells but I put that one in a chassis. Love it so much I bought the 22arc with the plastic stock. Plastic has gotta go and wanted to go lighter than the 6.5G. Just needed to make sure the varmint contour from the Stockys Carbon is the one to get with the 20 barrel. Thanks

Also, what bottom metal did you use or did you keep the plastic.

Asked this as well, the short answer is no. They’re already marked down significantly so I wouldn’t expect them to, but never hurts to ask!
