I would stay away from any stockys carbon stocks not worth the savings I ordered 2 stocks from them neither or them had been inletted correctly I lightly sanded the edge of the first one got the action to finally set in the stock and the ejection port cut out was not even close to being flush

I wasn't to concerned about it at first and tried to install the bottom metal and make sure everything would function before bedding the rifle well the dimensions from where the action sets in the stock that has not been touched and when the internal mag touches the action won't allow the bottom metal to set in the stock to be installed it holds it off alot. Since I sanded slightly they wouldn't take it back. I learned after that and sent back the untouched stock for a return and ordered a mesa precsions stock

I bought and returned two Stocky's CF stocks. The fit is clunky and rough. I was pretty disappointed for what they cost. Might consider a blem sometime in the future, but I'll never pay full price for one again.

Yeah, VG2. It was tight for sure, little sandpaper needed.
Gun shoots great, i can get some photos.
Shooting 156's pushed by rl26. .566 group @ 2870 with a ES of 9.

Just finished a build in .308, Stockys CF stock and topped with a Trijicon Huron. Will be starting load development soon.

Question: I have a 1500 in .308 with a HS stock. Would the carbon barreled action fit in that without any work? Thinking that I have to have a 6.5 PRC. LOL
