Many times I get a call and dismisial when the warden receives a rep letter and discovery paperwork. Most cases don't go to court.

that makes sense. I guess I wasn't keeping up with this thread enough to catch that. I just scrolled thru and seen "48 times in court in 27yrs with a warden". I thought "holy shit, that guy seems to have a law enforcement issue".

The point I attempted to make is that many cases are in grey area, or over the line. For that reason, Wardens dont wish to go into court with the charges.
