Well the 1st step in the application process is you have to send @Ryan Avery pictures of your self in a g-string thong speedo.

Then if he deems you worthy, @robby denning send you a written test on mule deer behavior and what plants mule deer prefer to feed on. IF you pass those 1st two requirements, you are locked in a room one on one with @fngTony for 48 hours and you can only communicate in memes.

IF you survive that then you are required to go on a canoe trip down a river in Arkansas with my hillbilly self, and if you have a purty enough mouth, then you "might" get to be a moderator.

SO if you think you got what it takes, go ahead and start sending those pics in to Ryan ASAP

the 100k a moderator gets paid is like 50k back in the 90s.....its not that great. Inflation has really ruined the career field.
