How much is a Tikka 595 master sporter in 308 worth?

And is there any reason why the stock wouldn't work with a T3X?

The ones I have were between $700 and $1200, and no- the stock will not work with a T3. Totally and completely different action/mounting.

Do you have one you are looking to sell?

The M595/M695 predated the T3, they were short/long action versus merging into the T3 as a long action (that is shorter than the M695 was). So actions are different footprints. Also the don't use a slot/recoil lug like the T3. They have a short post off the bottom of the action that goes into a metal plate with a hole in it that is bedded in the stock.

There's one listed locally to me that I've considered picking up. I'm gonna reach out to him and see if its still available.

Adding onto the above I mentioned. A while back we were asking stockys about inletting their tikka stocks for the M695 and they at the time indicated they were open to talking in a customer's rifle to measure and also asked if anyone had a M595 available. I don't think that ended up going anywhere but if you do get a M595 and have interest we might be able to prod them on the topic again. I have a M695 I'd like to restock at some point.

-The top dovetail is the same for scope rings but there are no scope recoil pin holes in the top of the receiver.
-I forget if the bolt handle dovetail is different or not also fyi.
-The mags pop up on ebay (prices have gone up) semi-regularly if you need to collect some more, etc.

They generally feel like what you'd expect from a T3/T3x but they don't share some of the same parts so support is limited (or more costly). I guess I am saying factor that in on your price point negotiations.

There was a primo condition 223 595 master sporter on gunbroker a handful of months back i was hot for. I think i bid $1400 and was beat at $1450. They do not come up for sale often far as I can tell. If you can score it for $1k, seems like a good buy to me. Going to be less plug and play than a t3 though.

Edit: last one that I saw listed on gunbroker: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/1114706300
I believe @EuroOptic is importing 10 6.5 cm master sporters. Idk how many are left.

Im not aware of any "master" sporter being made in the t3s, the sporter model is similar form factor but obviously different with a t3 action and laminated stock compared to the scaled 595 actions and hardwood stock with stipling.
