How many steps average per day annually.

Is this a low points win game?
Because I'm way more efficient than the rest of you guys @ 3250/day average over the past 12 months.
... and no I'm not posting a picture of that.

8389 daily avg for past 12 months

Retired with two Labrador Retrievers so I walk most every day.

Curious on what people actually have for daily steps per year. My number is higher in the fall but pretty low during the winter. You can find them under the health icon on your iPhone. I ride a desk for a living so I assume my average is on the low end.

Post a screenshot and let’s see how active everyone is. Please don’t just post some random number without some evidence.

This is almost solely from working in a rehab/skilled nursing and walking around since I haven’t been running in months due to some foot injury.IMG_0299.png

Another desk jockey here but try to walk my dog a couple miles every morning and evening. Average 11,000/ day.

I'm currently at 11,993 per day for the past year. I have a desk job and spent most of the past year recovering from liver surgery. So, my count isn't bad. But I need to do better.

Probably a little short. Work days are typically 16-18k, but I don’t usually have my phone in my pocket for a lot of that.

I never knew my phone had this until I read this thread last night. I do a lot of walking at work, so was curious. Turned it on this morning and this was my result after a 9 hour day. Never realized I walk this much at work. Didn’t do anything different today.

I just got my Garmin watch for Christmas and never tracked steps before then. Hoping to get my daily average over 12k.
