I agree - diesel heater the way to go. Nothing to burn you and no condensation.

you could run some lines down from the tie outs at the inside peak to the floor and stake em in...then put you some light 2' high wire fence around that. You would loose some space but if done right it would cordon off the stove....ymmv.

Good thread. I was thinking of something similar, with my toddler. For backyard camping I might just drive corner posts around the stove and enclose it with chicken fence.

I'd probably rig up something like that even with a buddy heater. But truth be told I personally only use one as a last resort because of condensation management. In fact I'm considering a direct vent Nuway for that very reason.
