No. The 100gr ELD-VT creates very large wounds. The 120gr with higher impact velocities at most range also creates larger wounds.
I used 100gr eld-vt from 6.5 PRC on a coyote last week at about 150 yards. The wound was about 8” in diameter.

From memory, the SST's BC is nowhere near as good as the ELDs.

@fwafwow - maybe keyword my searches for SST, as I've asked Form about them here before.
Thanks. I have quite a few 140 TMKs and both 140 and 147 ELD-M ammo. I have no issues with them but was curious about anything lighter that would do less damage.

I have some personal experience with shooting whitetail with SSTs in a 30-06. The damage was excessive.

Was it the 150gr SST? Handloads or store bought ammo?

Yes on 150gr and it was store bought. I still have quite a bit of it, but the 30-06 is gathering dust.
I would imagine those would be quite explosive especially at close range out of a 30-06. Superformance ammo would probably be even worse close in.

I shot two does at around 100 yards and there was considerable meat loss. But, they dropped immediately.
