That’s good to hear. I just built a 6mm creedmoor and picked up a box of those. Hoping they do well for deer with the kids. Plus I get to use it for coyotes and tell the wife it’s for the kids haha

My youngest son shot his cow elk last year using the 80 grain CX out of a 243. 42 yard shot went through both shoulders and found the bullet in the exit side hide. Still weighing 79.7 grains and perfect performance

No experience with the CX yet. But the 80gr is on the list for my wive’s 243win.

Not to turn your thread around on you. But which TSX have you used?

I haven’t personally used the TSX on game. Worked up a 200gr TSX load for a 30-06 but never took a shot on game with it. I’ve shot game with all the other ones such as TTSX and LRX. Obviously they are very similar projectiles and I assume they would perform just as well but I haven’t technically took game with the TSX. It’s hard to beat the performance of a Barnes bullet. I would prob still be running the LRX’s if the CX had not shot better.
