I got to see this bullet in action on four deer (5 shots) this past weekend. Results have been similar to many. If I had to sum it up, the bullet expands
rapidly and can* have good penetration.
*My word of caution though would be to stay away from the scapula & humerus.
On two does, one at 100y the other at 40-50, shots were in the ribs between the shoulder and diaphragm. Expansion was immediate, destroyed the vitals, and exited on the offside. Very desirable performance. In the pic below, entrance is on the left.
Here is a buck that got shot twice. The first shot, 200y, was high in the shoulder and the bullet exploded on the scapula and stopped in the back-strap. The recovered bullet and jacket weighed ~219 grains. The second shot, 100y quartering away, entered in the left rear rib cage and exited in front of the right shoulder and stopped on the offside hide. The recovered bullet was ~200grains. Penetration varies significantly depending on what bullet hits at initial impact.

Shot two entrance
Shot two exit and bullet

Fourth deer, doe @ ~100y, was another high shoulder shot. She dropped at the impact then ran off with no recovery.
