Hornady 3 in 1 trimmer

I've been subscribed all over the place for in-stock notifications. Saw one from Battlehawk but they were sold out by the time I clicked the link. However, my Optics Planet backorder was fulfilled Wed and looks to be shipping out today!

I was pretty desperate or a 3-in-1 trimmer but didn't want to shell out $1100+ for the Henderson.

Hopefully it works out great.

Please post what you think of it after you get it. I have been interested in getting one too.

As much as I hate brass prep, and i did it for many hours today, I still have a hard time paying 600 for a freaking trimmer. But it beats the hell out of the henderson.

Interested in results so hopefully it will keep driving prices down.

Sadly I won't be able to play with this for at least a couple of weeks...

Look forward to getting one, my process has gotten old. They will have to address longer cases than 300 rum in future though. Seems a simple addition to longer guide rails.

I spent $600 on the CPS (primer seater). Felt a little silly spending that much, but after using it, it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in reloading equipment.

I haven’t researched the trimmer enough, but a few quick videos sure make it seem like a nice addition to the bench.

I don't doubt it for sure. The things I've invested in have certainly made my reloading much more enjoyable and efficient. My wife now knows I'm full of shit spinning it like I'm saving money! 😄

I'm set with a giraud and a bunch of caliber specific cutting heads and case holders but if starting from scratch i'd probably give one of these a try even without feedback yet on them.

Man I feel the exact same way haha. I love that CPS.

I have a Henderson as well. Even though I don’t trim near as much as I used to, it’s still an easy step now whenever I decide to trim a batch, and you go through 100 cases like nothing when you sit down and get started.
