In case you're not already aware of it, I've found this Hyperlite Mountain Gear stuff sack pillow to be pretty sweet. I stuff it with clothes and use it for a back shooting rest, stuff sack and yes, a pillow.
What's kind of cool is that one panel has soft material so your head is pretty darn comfortable when sleeping, vs on a regular sil or dcf sack. It's a little luxury that is a nice pleasure when sleeping in the backcountry but yet still super light. I'd always used sil stuff sacks but this is my go to now. Looks like the price has gone up since I bought (no surprise), but I do like it at lot.
