Himalayan pak company?

Has anyone heard of this company? Ive had this pak for years in the garage just curious if someone knows a bit of history on the company.

That is even older than the one my dad bought in 1982. His was oiled canvas with a welded frame very similar to a REI/Camptrails/Barney's.

Other than that I don't know anything.
