Hide care question

I shot my brown bear on a Friday morning. Temps in the low 30’s. I was not able to get picked up out of the field until Wednesday of the next week and handed to the tannery on Thursday. We turned the lips, ears and paws. Temps did not get above mid to low 40’s the entire time. We kept it cool and dry as well as fleshing it pretty well. I got salt put on it the forth day. It did not smell and no hair was slipping. What are your thoughts that the hide will not have any issues?

Don't worry about it.

Should be fine. The biggest problem areas tend to be around the eyes, lips, and nose; if you got those fleshed well, then there's nothing to worry about.
