When I was on a tight budget I splurged for used diamondback hd binos and spotting scope and used ranger RF. still haven’t upgraded. For the money they are great.

Yea it seems everyone recommends something extremely expensive, even when bought used. I’m sure like you plenty of people are not using Swarovski, zeiss (higher end models), or kowa and do perfectly fine hunting. I just have so much gear to buy that I can’t splurge on everything. Optics are sadly just one aspect of the gear I still need.
