Help me understand hunting with Berger bullets!

ZERO!!!!!!!!
Because what I do has worked well for me in 30 years of killing big game!!!!!
Not sure what you fine offensive about my first post! YOU DO YOU!!!
But the ENTIRE thread is about hunting with Berger bullets, of which by your own admission you have zero experience with nor do you mention them. Interesting to see you get upset when you took the discussion off topic and were questioned about it. Have a better day!

Damage is the #1 goal.
That depends on the application. Culling or crop damage permits, sure. Grocery shopping for meat in the freezer is another story, and there, it's a compromise between vital damage and meat preservation. If I'm looking for meat, I'm not interested in going full Saving Private Ryan with the sticky bomb on my critters, but I also want to recover said critter, so I'm also not interested in FMJ penciling.

If you're hunting for meat just don't shoot the parts with meat you want to consume
