Help me find the right bibs

The hunting brands seem to focus on pants these days and offer very few bib options. I’m a fan of bibs but can seem to find exactly what I am seeking. Looking for suggestions:
Bibs, waterproof, lightly insulated or no insulation, durable fabric, burr proof, quieter outer fabric preferable. Lastly, I’m done buying cheapo gear, these should be quality pieces and solids from a non- hunting brand are ok!

I have First lite north branch bibs, they are close but not at all waterproof and have a weird short front. Sitka thunderhead and grinder pants are both close, but not bibs.

Suggestions?

I like bibs too. Had a pair for eins and thry finally bit the dust. Wanting to replace em but not break the bank.

Have you considered suspenders until you find what you are looking for?

Arcteryx makes top of the line skiing and mountain gear. I’m in the Beta bib for about 90 days a year on the mountains skiing in them. Windproof and waterproof but not very quite, It’s hard shell. Marmot, Mountain Hardwear, make good gear too. Patagonia has a few bib selections and a great repair program if you trash them. Same with REI branded ski bibs. If a member you get one year to return them from purchase date. Johnson Wool Mill still makes heavy duty wool bibs. They are amazing when it’s cold and nasty.
A lot of options out there.
