Help me figure out my next hunt.

So I waited 10 years for a bear tag in MI. Loved it. Got a decent bear.
I am sitting and trying to figure out the next destination hunt.
I’m not talking my normal hunts of whitetail, ducks, geese, turkey, and small game.
What’s my next big trip? Any advice?

I have a few ideas
Texas dall sheep from a ranch
Bison (probably out west on a large ranch)
Black bear from Maine or NC (but I just did bear)
Nebraska crossbow pronghorn?


Any ideas?

I would steer you away from a Texas dall sheep. You could do a free range nilgai/axis/aoudad hunt and enjoy yourself much, much more. Feel free to PM if you want to discuss.

I really want to go to Europe for stag or Chamois. French Pyrenees or Austrian Alps. Some of the hunt packages seem to be reasonably priced. Could be an opportunity for a neat trip with the wife, too. She can hang out and drink wine or fancy coffee while surveying the vistas. You guys could take an extra couple days to do the tourist things too.

Been to Africa yet? Plains game packages reasonable. I took pictures and no mounts - could pay for another Arica trip for the cost of mounts/shipping.
