Help identifying piece of gear

I found this in my gear box and can't figure out what it goes to. I think maybe lumbar support for a pack. I have a Kuiu Icon but I can't seem to figure out where it might fit. Also stored away is a MR Dragonslayer but I haven't dug it out to check. Any help will be appreciated.

Appreciate the response. I have the pad in your pack picture present and accounted for, installed in my belt, so thats not it. Thanks none the less.

Spit balling here, but it looks kinda like a divider for a camera bag.

It does resemble a divider of some sort. Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree looking for a place for it on a pack. Its SOOO not like me to have anything unaccounted for. Driving me nuts. LOL

Is that a long drive or more of a short putt?

It looks like the flap from a pocket holster the desantis super fly. It goes over the holster to obscure the outline of the pistol.
