Headlamps with cord. Good or bad?

If you have used a headlamp with a band and one with the cords how do they compare comfort wise?

A traditional headlamp with a full band is significantly more comfortable than a corded model. The corded models have their place, but comfort is their main trade-off for ultra-lightweight portability.
