just wanted to pass on another good experience with a site sponsor. Had a small piece break off my havalon knife this fall. Sent a quick email and pic to them asking if there was a way to fix it and received a brand new knife, holster and pack of blades. Gotta love that!

That is pretty great, considering the price point of the knife makes them almost disposable.
 
I too have had a great experience with Havalon customer service. I had an older model knife, new blades didn't fit properly, I sent it in and they sent me a new model, easy peasy.
