I ordered a Micro Conversion kit for my Glock from them over a month ago. I received a confirmation email with an order number. Their confirmation email claims I will receive shipping and tracking information when my order ships. My credit card was charged the same day but I have not received any kind of shipping information. I have emailed and called several times leaving voicemails because the line is never answered as well as emailing their customer service.
I am new to ordering things online. I also understand that most firearms retailers are experiencing an incredibly high demand right now. At what point should I cut my losses and dispute the charge on my credit card?
