All boots do this during the off-season if I stop using them....oil them up good and they go back to size usually. Lowas, Crispi,meindel, kennetrek and others have all had the toe area draw in that way.
I've even had it happen with Simms synthetic wading boots several times but those don't re expand! Pisses me off.
