Hanging Euro Elk

Alright….i did a search on here and I see several people use wire through the ear canals to hang there elk euro or epoxy putty in the brain canal with a d ring to hang from a hook.

However, how are you guys keeping your elk euro rack from spinning to the left or right? I have a euro from several years ago that I’d like to finally hang. Just got my bison mounted and the angle iron in between the lower jaw bone is what’s keeping it from moving to the left or right.

I agree with the comment above. I did the large skull hooker on my bull from this year. Works great!

I welded a 3/8 x4 in bar on a plate at a 45 deg angle , then a crossbar that the skull spurs rest on to keep it from spinning
