Wow thank you everyone for the input. I'm gonna continue my research and check out everything you guys have mentioned. I'm new to this site but I have learned a lot since I've been here. A lot of great advice. Much appreciated!!!!
I run a 60CSX too and LOVE it the battery life is great and I leave it on all day when I'm hiking and hunting. I have also upgraded to the 62ST which I use birdseye view for and love that when I am hunting a new area. YES I carry two GPS's, unfortunately I hunt solo lately so it is also a safety thing. Anyway I would look at the 62st or the new ones 64s, the ability of birdseye and satellite imagery can be nice but it will eat up battery life!!
If you hunt with other people I would also look at the GPS's that have 2 way communications but they will need the same kind. I believe they are the rino's. Otherwise I would still suggest 62series or 64series.
Thanks Xziang for your input. The 64 series looks pretty good to me. Amazon has them for 313$ not to bad at all. I will be hunting with a group of buddies so I've been looking at the rhinos as well. We have handhelds to communicate with already so having that funtion isn't extremely important. Still doing research though but I have it narrowed down to the 64 series for sure.
If you end up getting a 64 drop me a PM and I can/could give you some pointers on the birdseye application that garmin offers. (If you decide to go that route)
