Does anyone have personal experience with either of these bows? I have a 31.5 inch draw and limited to a few different bows. I currently shoot a Mathews MR8 and love it. Just looking to get into a newer set up.

I currently use the tempo, I really enjoy it so far. If you have any specific questions feel free to ask. My current specs are 32" draw, 470 grain arrow, 67lbs, 296 fps. I shot a bunch of bows side by side from elite, pse, bowtech, mathews, and xpedition. For me, the mathews and elite felt the best. Elite was cheaper and weighed a little less so I went with it. I think the mathews bow I shot was a halon 7.

I love the crossentric cam system on the mathews, smoothest I've shot. I haven't had a chance to try the new elites because all the dealers around me have stopped carrying them for some reason.

Coming from a Hoyt Nitrum it was definitely a bit stiffer. It builds up quicker than the nitrum, but doesn't feel super jumpy and the valley is good. I used to shoot an MR8 as well, I do not think it would be too much of a change for you. I shoot the tempo a heck of a lot better than the nitrum.

Do you still have the Tempo? I have a 32" draw and have been looking for one, are you willing to sell?

Tempo is going to feel a lot lighter than the Halon X. That thing is a tank. I’d look around and see if you can find a Traverse. Better bow than the others you mentioned.
