Was your first firings with h1000 using virgin brass?
I’d guess a couple things are going on. First, your barrel is probably building more pressure now that it is broken in and speeding up and it might also be building more pressure based on how fouled it is. Second, once brass is fired and fit to the chamber better, I tend to see pressure earlier than when it’s virgin. If you changed lots of h1000 that might be a factor too.
What kind of brass are you using? Any idea how much it has grown from virgin 0.200” above the case head?
If you are piercing primers at 71.5 and getting cases stuck in the chamber @ 71.0, I wouldn’t expect 70.5 to play nice consistently!
