Again, the extra length on the neck of the untrimmed cases may have been enough to stop the case from moving forward. The issues are with the trimmed cases that have ~.010" excess headspace.

Thats a fair point, i forgot about that. I have some virgin brass coming in as well so I am going to measure its base to shoulder and overall length as well. I figure if I case prep to match what was working before I should be all good in terms. Other than that I will load up some 1-fired thats bumped .002" and trimmed and see if she shoots proper with that as well.
