I’m late to the party, but I love the write up! It gives me hope. I’ve taken whitetail hunting more seriously this year than ever, but man; I’m trying hard not to hate them. Nervous animal is an understatement with these things. I’ve tried sitting in the tree a few times, but I can’t get myself to enjoy it. It’s cold, and I despise hauling all the equipment around. I’m going to hit it hard on the ground.
