gps watch and OnX

Anyone know of a GPS watch that I can use my phone to select a waypoint on OnX and the watch will give me a distance and direction? I would be willing to work with Google maps or Google earth but 100% would like OnX better. I just don't want to use the battery on my phone of i dont have to.
The idea is to pull out my phone and select a waypoint in on OnX and have the watch guide me in without taking me to trails.

I usually just type the UTM grid coordinates into my watch and go from there. It would be nice if I could do it right from Onx, but it doesn't take long to enter a grid coordinate into the watch directly.

I emailed this question to OnX and they said there are no compatible watches but they are looking at development.
I just don't wanna kill my phone battery. Maybe ill just do the old fashioned compass land nav from the army

That would be slick, but I've just typed in the coordinates previously so I could hit go to on my Garmon intinct
