I love it. At first they thought the concept was a bit on the crazy side but they warmed up to it. Im not a big fan of faux velvet so I wanted blood. Not sure if its been done quite like this before but I think its coming along awesome.

Step by step with the color airbrushing. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368148856.201551.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1368148890.575863.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1368148902.271188.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1368148913.394055.jpg

Lots more of finishing to do.

Wow, that is really cool looking. I hope you will keep posting pics on this mount.

That's pretty cool HS. Is that Werner taxidermist in Hendo?

Ya. Do you know Ryan & Vicki? Great people. They both told me after we started playing with the colors that my original concept had them floored and they could not see it being very cosmetically appealing in any way. My response was " so I basically went from crazy to cool in the last hour?" There response. "Yes"

Also slim if you are free this weekend Ryan is the v.p of WHIN and we are doing a project with the whin group and backcountry horseman chapter of Nv to build pens and remove cattle from the pine springs mcullugh mtn range. Shoot me your email and ill forward you the info.

I've met them and they seem really cool. I plan on using them this year if successful. Their work looks good and I've heard good things about them.

That's sounds like a good time this weekend but I have to work. I have the shittiest days off, Monday and Tuesday. You know there's a mule deer herd in that range and of course big horns. I think that's where ndow had the reward for the poachers last year with that ewe

Here are a few with a better camera. Still fairly incomplete but better detail. The overspray is removed with a toothbrush and the gloss really brings it to life. I actually did the spraying today just blending the rear main beam. Biggest downside is I picked the slight left pose prior to knowing how great this would look. and majority of the blood look is on the left side and will never be seen.
