I bought a pair Lowa Camino's a couple of months back and have been wearing them pretty much non stop so they'll be good and broke in for my elk hunt next month. A few days a go I noticed each time I take a step I feel a bubble form and then go away over the ends of my toes on both feet. I had the same problem years ago on a set of cheaper work boots, but since I didn't use them for hunting, or much hiking, I didn't worry about it. With the miles and country I'm looking to put on these Camino's next month I'd like to solve any problems now as opposed to wait and see if it really is a problem a month from now. Is there a fix to this? Is it even a problem or is it something I should just live with? Many of you are far more knowledgeable on this than I am. Worse case scenario my old hunting boots have life left in them, but I was hoping to use lighter boots this year.

goretex is a bootie inside your boot. Think of it as an over sized sock. It's not glued to the leather or fabric.

In other words it its nature to do that. with that said I'd call lowa US and see if they will send you a new pair.
