Goat Knives ghosting me?

I don't know why I didn't look at the Kestrel scalpel knives until now. The lightweight one is lighter than the goat, less expensive, and superior in every way, including blade fit (blades don't seat well at all in the inaccurately machined goat I saw). The Ovis skinner is awesome as well. Highly recommend, packing two of these for the lope opener on Saturday.

The skeleton handle Kestrel is unbelievably feather light, and broke down/ boned out this prairie mcnugget with ease. And the 60A blades snap in and out precisely. Definitely a kill kit mainstay for me from now on.

Not related to Goat knives, but I've been doing e-commerce for a long time and can't really recall any issues in the past, but currently Dark Timber Coffee is ghosting me, ordered 9/11 and can't get tracking, have called and spoke to someone who said they'd email me tracking and also sent another email and call/VM and nothing. And then my kids' soccer uniforms, ordered 6/19 and Capelli won't respond to my requests for update now. Going to call my credit card company today and sort both out.

I guess what I'm saying is I think we are in a new era of shit customer service. Opportunity for companies that want to do it right.

Update. Last week I talked to the Dark Timber dude I talked to last time and he told me he would personally watch them box my order and email me tracking. Well, I got an email, but tracking says the label created on October 9th, and no movement since. He assured me my order was a stock item. This was for an order placed 9/11. He's just got to be messing with me now right? I think I'm just going to call my credit card and report it as fraud.

When I worked at Sportsmans, I ordered some binos from Vortex on the prodeal. Waited 5 months and hadnt gotten them. Called and the lady assured me that they would go out when they got the next shipment in a couple weeks. Waited another two months, called and was told they had them and that they would get them sent out. Waited a couple more weeks, called and was forwarded to the shipping dude who told me he had them in his hand and was taking them to be shipped personally. Waited three more weeks, called and got the run around again. In the end, I think I was just shy of 11 months to get them.

Seems amazingly similar to an order I made for some waders from one of vortex’s sister company except I never actually got the waders. Thankfully I wasn’t charged.

I bought some simms in the end and was happy the others never showed
 
This is a sad story of another Utah based company that is run by shady people/ guy , mulie freak , fierce firearm , christenen firearm, monster diesel, Aram von Benedikt . ect ect,
They must spend their mission planning a deviant mission in life and business .
Then are arrogant, never humble or regretful !
